Shipping Policy – Reliable and Transparent Delivery
At AllStarXi, our mission is to deliver not only high-quality sports products but also a smooth and worry-free shipping experience. We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time and in perfect condition, which is why every step of the process is handled with care, precision, and transparency.
Order Preparation
As soon as your purchase is confirmed, our logistics team begins preparing your order immediately. We follow strict quality control and packaging standards to ensure your items are protected throughout the entire shipping process.
The preparation and initial dispatch process usually takes 3 to 5 business days, during which we carefully verify your order details, inspect the product to ensure quality, and package it securely.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive two important updates:
A tracking code so you can monitor your package’s journey.
A photo of your product in its packaging as proof that your order has been carefully packed and handed over to the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time
As our products are manufactured and shipped internationally, the average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
While we strive to meet or exceed this timeframe, please be aware that certain factors beyond our control may cause delays. These may include postal strikes, customs inspections, seasonal high-demand periods, carrier operational delays, and public holidays affecting transportation networks.
Delivery Process
Once your order arrives in your country, it will be delivered by the designated local carrier.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. The carrier typically makes three delivery attempts. If no one is available during these attempts, the package will be redirected to the nearest post office or distribution center, where it will remain available for 7 calendar days.
If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us. In such cases, a new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment of the order.
Address Accuracy
To avoid delivery issues, it is crucial to provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. This includes street name, number, postal code, city, and, if applicable, apartment or suite number.
Please note that in cases of incorrect or incomplete addresses, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. If the package is returned and you wish to have it resent, a new shipping fee of €20.00 will be charged.
This policy ensures that all customers take maximum care when providing accurate delivery information from the beginning.
Tracking and Updates
Your tracking number allows you to follow your order from our facilities to your home. Updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become visible in the tracking system.
In some cases, depending on the destination country and the carrier, tracking updates may take slightly longer to appear.
