Refund policy

The AllStarXi store guarantees the buyer the right to exchange or return the product(s) under the following conditions:

If contact with the store for exchange or return purposes is made within 14 DAYS after receiving the product, as provided for in the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, which regulates distance and off-premises contracts.

If the product is in perfect condition for return, with no signs of use, damage, and/or broken tags.

If the product received is different from the one selected by the consumer at the time of purchase.

If the product has a manufacturing defect that compromises its use.

If a personalized product presents evident manufacturing defects and/or errors related to the previously requested customization.

ATTENTION! IMPORTANT NOTES:

We do not process exchanges or returns after the 14-day period from the date of receipt, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

WE DO NOT PROCESS exchanges or returns of products with signs of use, damage, and/or broken tags, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

WE DO NOT PROCESS exchanges or returns if the product is not the desired size. To avoid inconvenience, PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to the size chart available on the product page.

We do not process exchanges or returns of personalized products in cases of regret or change of mind, as provided by applicable law.

IMPORTANT: All shipping costs related to exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the consumer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
